Short Biography
Jan Lui joined ESI in January 2008 as a Senior Administrative Officer. She has over 20 years of marketing, promotion and organizational experience in industry. She has handled mega-scale promotions, trade and consumers events and exhibitions, award presentations and trade shows both locally and internationally.
Jan conducted training seminars for sales personnel to improve their selling skills and window display techniques. She also ran workshops for sales managers to identify their market niches and formulate relevant and effective marketing strategies to build and develop their (jewellery) businesses. She motivated trade members to be proactive in their business by attending international trade shows.
She introduced design workshops and competitions to develop, nurture and improve the local designers’ capabilities and talents. These initiatives resulted in increased consumers’ awareness and sales for the trade members.
