The Energy Studies Institute aims to create a vibrant environment in which energy- related issues of interest to Singapore are regularly discussed and debated. The purpose is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise straddling the economic, environmental, security, sociological and technological aspects of energy so that a multi-faceted approach is taken in addressing issues of interest. |

Energy Security Conference

Modern living is highly energy dependent. It would grind to a halt if, for whatever reason, energy supplies were disrupted and/or rendered unaffordable. The purpose of ESI’s first Energy Security Conference is to update participants on traditional energy security issues such as protection of critical infrastructure and trends in energy nationalism. |
