Partners
As a multi-disciplinary, policy-oriented energy research institute, ESI welcomes collaborative initiatives to advance its research work with various partners. ESI recognizes that expertise, spanning the broad interests in energy research, reside in different institutions situated locally and internationally. ESI hopes to foster working relationships that tap into such invaluable expertise to offer new perspectives in examining and resolving policy challenges in the areas of energy economics, energy security, and energy and the environment.
Through its research projects, ESI has started to work closely with its affiliates in the huge NUS community. Through the annual Singapore International Energy Week, ESI has worked with the local energy regulatory body in putting Singapore on the international energy events calendar. These mark the beginning of more collaborations as ESI continues its efforts to build its list of partners to carry out research, events and initiatives that are impactful.
ESI is glad to collaborate with the following:
- Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, NUS
- Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, NUS
- Tropical Marine Science Institute, NUS
- Energy Market Authority (EMA)
- National Library Board (NLB)
- Singapore Environment Institute (SEI)
- Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS)
- Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd
- Sandia National Laboratories
Should you or your institution wishes to work with ESI, we will be glad to hear from you. Please drop a line to esikamm@nus.edu.sg, and we will be pleased to explore opportunities in conducting research, events or any energy initiatives with you.
