Short Biography

Andre Lambine has several years of work experience in the international energy industry. Previously, Mr. Lambine worked as a Trade Diplomat at the Norwegian Trade Council in San Francisco, assisting medium and small sized high-tech companies with market expansion to the Silicon Valley area in California. Mr. Lambine has also worked as a Research Scientist at SINTEF Energy Research in Norway, where he collaborated with research institutions throughout Western Europe. During this period he focused on new business models in the electric utility industry after deregulation, distributed generation, customer behavior, demand-side management, municipal strategic energy planning and regulation issues. Education wise, he is currently finishing his PhD in Economics, studying government incentives for energy startup companies in Japan, Norway and USA. He obtained his MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1995, and his Bachelor of Science (Finance) from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1994.
