Short Biography
Mr TEO Han Guan is an energy analyst at the Energy Studies Institute, National University of Singapore. He received his B.Sc in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan ROC and M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore. His research project was pertaining to the active cooling of Crystalline Photovoltaic modules. From 2008 to 2009, he was a graduate student tutor in Thermal and Fluid Laboratory at the National University of Singapore.
