Short Biography

Andy joined the Energy Studies Institute in September 2008 as an Adjunct Research Fellow. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Cambridge University and a M.A. in East Asian Studies from Harvard University. He has a full-time appointment at the Energy Market Authority of Singapore as the head of its Energy Research and Analysis branch.
